Location-Based Service Terms

ARTICLE 1

Purpose

These terms govern the protection and use of location information within the services provided by Hongslab (hereinafter "the Company").

ARTICLE 2

Location Data Collected and Purpose

① The Company collects location information for the following purposes.

Data Collected GPS-based current location of the device (latitude & longitude)

Purpose Providing nearby restaurant and menu information; finding lowest-price restaurants in the vicinity

② Location data is collected only during active use of the service and is never stored on our servers.

ARTICLE 3

Retention & Use Period

Location data is immediately discarded upon fulfillment of the service purpose and is not retained separately.

ARTICLE 4

Sharing Location Data with Third Parties

The Company does not share users' location information with any third party. An exception applies when disclosure is required by applicable law.

ARTICLE 5

User Rights

① Users may withdraw consent to location data collection at any time.

② To withdraw consent, navigate to Settings → Privacy → Location Services on your device and disable location access for this app.
